Using docker-compose built-in init mechanism:
"volumes:
- ./init.sql:/docker-entrypoint-initdb.d/init.sql",
(reference: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33309121/using-docker-compose-to-create-tables-in-postgresql-database),
table creation can be handled within compose.yml.
