Add functionality Database Scraper

The idea comes from a warehouse I am analyzing on Snowflake.
A lot of Data Sources have no comments or valuable documentation available so the question came to my mind, Why not make AI analyze a small set of data and give some meaning on it?

Challenges:

1. How to deal with the vector store? Should we maybe rethink the collections' structure?
2. How then to get valuable informations based on the question without making noise in the prompt?

Thoughts:

1. Split "human documentation" from "table documentation"
2. Extend Table documentation with the info fetched from the scraper
3. Perhaps the scraper can help also to generate some "possible questions" based on what the AI found from the data
