Insureity Portal

Portal allows the Agents to Login. Once successfully logged in, the agent do the following operations:

  • Create / Edit / View Consumer Businesses and Properties

  • Create Policy / Issue Policy / View Policy

Each of the above operations will reach out to the middleware Microservices (Consumer, Policy and Quote microservice) that are hosted in cloud.

Requirements

Hardware Requirement:

  • Developer Desktop PC with 8GB RAM recommended

Software Requirement (Dotnet)

  • Visual studio 2019 (To run microservices)
  • Angular CLI: 12.2.1
  • Node: 14.17.1
  • Package Manager: npm 6.14.13
  • SQL Server 2016 (For database)
  • Postman Client in Chrome

Angular Deployment

This project was generated with Angular CLI version 12.1.2.

Development server

Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

Code scaffolding

Run ng generate component component-name to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|guard|interface|enum|module.

Build

Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory.

Running unit tests

Run ng test to execute the unit tests via Karma.

Running end-to-end tests

Run ng e2e to execute the end-to-end tests via a platform of your choice. To use this command, you need to first add a package that implements end-to-end testing capabilities.
