AUTONOMY: LED Matrix Controller Node

Given that we are not sure about the reliability of the LED Matrix right now, our PWM code should be tested against a single LED to see if it is working.

In order to do this, we should make a simple circuit with a single RGB LED and the Jetson. The ROS PWM code should run on the Jetson and make the LED change colours with the topic. The circuit should look something like this: https://www.instructables.com/RGB-LED-Colour-Control/.
