Bring in changes to the IPS viewer based on testing at the January '25 connectathon. Since being converted to use svelte components, the WA Verify+ viewer was altered for use on ipsviewer.com where it received testing and feedback during the connectathon's IPS track testing. The changes that came from that feedback are integrated back into the WA Verify+ viewer and template files in this PR, including:
