When ticket deleted from opencart admin panel so ticket should be going first in trashed tab instead of direct permanently deleted.

Possible Solution:

Check on the uvdesk helpdesk, if we ticket deleted so first go in the trashed option then we are delete the ticket permanently from trashed tab:
