On Opencart HD: When customer reply from customer opencart panel so here reply thread xhr continue loads

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with customer panel and reply in any ticket:

Step 2: Now reply not added on the opencart cust. panel and also doing a page refresh automatically with running continue xhr:

Step 3: Also, open a ticket with some reply already in ticket so here also not opening all replies here in this ticket same result
