Add a icon indicating that the player can be directly spoken to

Some people don't want direct attention and won't easily speak in front of other people (especially during IRL events, but that can happen on Twitch/YT too).

And some people would like to talk, but are too afraid to raise their hand or whatever. They'd prefer to be spoken directly by the person animating the "show".

It could be useful to have a checkbox that people can activate or not. When it's checked, a specific icon is displayed on their sheet, meaning "you can talk to me, I'll answer".
