  3. Line/equation number: 2 from bottom

Describe the mistake
If $X^TX$ is not invertible, the system may have no solution also. Hence, it is not exactly correct to say infinitely many solutions in this case.
Suggested change
Better to say no solution or infinitely many solutions.
