Provide slightly larger rectangle and lock the map so as users can not pan/zoom beyond that - to restrict the report submission within instance region boundary

Ideas:

  • Add feedback when user pans outside of supported region bounding box, along with:
    • highlight boundary (glow effect / fade-in + fade-out)
    • slow nudge that pans the map back inside the boundary
  • ...
