Occasionally nCryptAgent will crash after Windows wakes from sleep. It's unknown whats actually causing this since I have not found a reliable way of replicating it.

I have a suspicion that its the USB event code that i added in the latest release, so i'll try put a build together that has that removed to test soon.

v0.0.5 might be more stable since that doesnt have the USB events code in it.

@youk that's very annoying that the bug wasnt fixed :/ - i'll do some testing throughout the week with the latest and see if i can replicate it.

Im unsure why its crashing on USB insertion given v0.0.7 doesnt start the events code :/
