This current Ortican download is missing the readme and other files (including the ending map).

Seems like this would be the best replacement for the current download:

Actually I've been informed that the correct download is already here: https://unrealarchive.org/unreal-tournament/maps/single-player/O/ortican_853918a3.html .

So the version linked in the first comment is just an incomplete/incorrect upload that can be removed.
