chore: update deps for lower pnpm 8 versions only

pnpm 从 8.7.0 取消了默认安装最低版本的限制，和 npm 、yarn 等保持一致还是安装最新的版本，所以对于新版本 pnpm 不再需要默认升级依赖的过程。

注：pnpm v9 可能快出了。
