单页面请求指定链接的时候返回未找到

单页面 打包之后， 入口是1.1.1.1/index
当根据鼠标点进去到1.1.1.1/goods/index的时候，页面是正常的，此时如果我刷新，或者从url地址中回车，那么页面就变成not found
