If a Pay Uplift object exists for a financial year then it will be displayed underneath Attrition in the Pay Modifiers tab
If the attrition object is scoped to the cost centre then it will be editable. If the attrition object is only scoped to the financial year then it will only be displayed, similar to pay uplift. The button to add a cost-centre specific attrition appears under the global attrition. If neither object exists then the default behaviour stands.
