RC4.2 for 0.9.0 available

on the way to the regular 0.9.0, picking up leftovers, ad-hoc adding features and fixing thingies:

• $wdi5Control.getControlInfo() - add more metadata information to wdi5 control for easier verification of represented ui5 control

• return an object from browser-scope in addition to atomic values (text, number, ...). This enables asserting complex properties of a UI5 control such as binding info.

Last major ToDo on the way to 0.9.0 is still the wdi5 dialect for the UI5 test recorder #149 - development largely done.
