TypeScript rewrite and sunsetting hybrid app support

As announced in the blogpost https://blogs.sap.com/2022/02/12/the-king-is-dead-long-live-the-king-wdi5-as-uiveri5-successor/ and tracked via the roadmap https://github.com/orgs/js-soft/projects/1, we're rewriting wdi5 in TypeScript and at the same time, drop support for hybrid app testing.

Here's how that's going to go:

• we'll move the current code line to a new repo wdi5-legacy, preserving all of the hard work put into the appium layer 👣
• the current wdi5 repo will then be updated with the TypeScript codebase, containing the WebdriverIO plugin wdio-ui5-service

After the above, we'll start publishing alpha(s) and beta(s) of wdi5 version 0.9.0.

You might ask: as it's "only" browser-based henceforward, why not rename wdi5 to its' technical name wdio-ui5-service?
Well, for one, wdi5 (/vdif5/, with a sound /v/ as in "vinyl") is way easier to pronounce than "double-u-d-ei-o-u-ei-five-service".
Plus we're not going to start adopting that frequent acronym change we are accustomed to by that three-letter named company we're pretty fond of 🤣

btw: the reason the current TypeScript sources are not visible in the wdi5-repo is purely for the above reasons: we want to move the current codeline first, before we add the alpha/beta-sources.
This rewrite effort will also remain the only intransparent code change associated with any efforts on the roadmap.

The TypeScript-code base is public now: https://github.com/js-soft/wdi5,
including omitting the "hybrid app"-part of the code.
All is tailored toward the browser now (including mobile browsers!).
Note: there has not been an alpha-release yet!
