With the sample configuration for a warm-start of ATML, the executable 'apply_incr.exe' in the 'analysis' task does not correctly as below and it causes the following forecast task fails:

  1. Difference between before and after of 'apply_incr.exe':
    snowdepth_jedi_diff

  2. JEDI increment file:
    snowdepth_jedi_xainc
