React migration (#19)

* first react commit

* working version of index and team pages

* Team.js, Vehicle.js: add team and vehicle pages

* Sponors.js: Add sponsors page

* components/Navbar.js: Make navbar work by upping z-values, replace specialized headers with Header component

* webpack.config.js: Use asset instead of asset/inline for optimizing assets

* .github/workflows: Make upload.yaml work with npm/React conversion
