1.0 should be a final release when c10t matches functionality of the original Cartograph. Some functionality might be added, as long as they don't drastically impact release time or performance of this release.

The following are the pre-requisites for releasing version 1.0:

• Should compile and run satisfactory on all major platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X) x86 and x86-64.
• There is a binary release available for all above mentioned platforms.
