Token does not work

I have downloaded the token in the C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming directory also in C:\Users<username>\AppData\ursula directory and it does not work.
When I used the udacity submit isolation command I get asked to login on udacity and I get the message

I put my e-mail for udacity(i use facebook to login on the website) and nothing happens
