Implement Camera Vision system, we need a camera that can detect the IR emitters from a live feed, and do the math to calculate the emitter's coordinates.
Ideally I would like the system to be directly communicating with the flight controller to determine the drone's altitude and coordinates, however temporarily we can assume they will be given via an easier method for testing
