Initial Release

This is the first release version of the minimal CLF. Changes from the alpha include:

• Replaced the full Bootstrap 2 grid system
• Added a 'cssnano' task to further reduce file size from minimal CLF.
• Corrected issues with footer not retaining the correct classes
• Added a version of the Full CLF (v.7.0.4) without the FontAwesome Library - shaves off about 25k of css and up to 200k of fonts (in addition to the http request).

Initial alpha release

All known issues are corrected and all bugs fixed. Tested css shows no inconsistencies.
