QuaC does not support projects with mixed WGS and WES samples #36

This is a known issue and currently we don't have (or planned) projects with some samples with WGS data and the other with WES.

We have a project now with both WES and WGS samples. Summary of discussion about this with @wilkb777 and @Deeptha:

  • Fixes were discussed.
  • Manual fix - Just run the quac separately for WES and WGS, and then rename project_level_qc to include suffix wgs or wes.
  • Code fix: Refactor to include wgs/wes suffix for project_level_qc dir or allow user to specify the dirname or dirpath to be used to store project level qc.
  • Because such mix of WES and WGS is still uncommon in our lab, manual fix was chosen for the time being.
