Clean up quac_common conda env #18

quac - Base conda env where quac pipeline is run
quac_common - Env used to create the dummy pedigree files for projects.

The latter env either needs to be renamed or removed. It causes unnecessary confusion. I prefer removing it but need to see how much work it will need.
