Does this node support ROS Noetic? #30

We are planning on using this node for a group project for a self driving rc car but are unsure what distributions supports this node, Does it work with all distributions. If not which ones are known to work? We are still relatively new to ROS so if there is an easy way to know which nodes work for wich versions i would love to know.

I using this package on Ubuntu 20.04 & ROS Noetic with 2D LIDAR and it seems work very well.

How about the angle (theta) of the obstacle to the lidar(robot) and the Bounding Box( rectangular Axis Aligned or Oriented Bounding Box of the obstacles)?
