Continuous release (built locally with Singularity)

This release provides a fully static executable which should work on (pretty much) any x86_64 Linux system, even if it has a very old libc.

• Fixed #2.
• Fixed a segmentation fault caused by twesterhout/lattice-symmetries@b388808.
• Fixed an issue with spin_inversion, see #3.
