Your provided sample wav file sounds like the RF signal is FSK modulated. Is that the case in your recorded sample?
I thought RKE systems use ASK (OOK).
I am probably wrong, but it does sound like FSK.
Update:
Reading through articles online it seems that Japan mostly uses FSK for RKE. FSK is also used elsewhere but not as common as ASK. I guess your wav is FSK then :)
