As a user staking SOL
I want to claim my staking rewards, while keeping my original staked amount,
So that I can use the rewards for trading

implement flow for claiming staking rewards

--> how long does user need to wait, before being able to claim rewards
--> after user claims, how long does it take for the rewards to arrive to their wallet
