Description: utility to make UEFI servers bootable
 ZFS prefers to manage whole disks, not partitions.
 So you put a small USB key into the chassis to store the read-only refind-based ESP.
 .
 If you want / and /boot to be in the ZFS pool, you have another problem:
 the UEFI ZFS driver (from GRUB 2.02 or efifs 1.3) doesn't support native ZFS
 full-disk encryption.
 .
 rlaager suggests making a separate, GRUB-compatible "boot pool" just for /boot.
 But that would require outside-of-ZFS partitioning, or dedicated disks for the boot pool.
 .
 Rather than that, take a lo-fi approach:
  * leave /boot/ on the regular pool, and
  * whenever /boot/ changes, COPY IT into the refind ESP.
 .
 This should Just Work provided:
  * the ESP already contains refind;
  * the ESP is large enough;
  * the /boot/ already contains refind_linux.conf; and
  * the ESP is already mounted on /boot/efi/.
 .
 This package does nothing except add the kernel and initramfs hooks to do the copy.
 It uses rsync for the copy, to reduce the number of writes to the USB key.
 (Since the USB key is a SPOF. It has a huge number of erase cycles, but meh, rsync is easy.)
 .
 This package is inspired by flash-kernel, but shares no code with it.
