R package sfm, stochastic frontier models for cross-section and panel models. This package is currently being developed to work in a wide range of applications. The main functions of the package are two cross-sectional functions: "sfm" and "zsfm" as well as a panel function "psfm" which all implement various SFA based estimators.

Measuring the effect of diagnostic delays of fungal pathogens on healthcare costs. Linked Marketscan ICD-10 data on symptom and diagnosis dates. Quantile binning probability weighting was used to account for the causal relationship of time. Categorical regressions were conducted for a zero-inflated exposure.
We will extend the biclustering model to use Zero-Inflated Poisson (ZIP) and Zero-Inflated Negative Binomial (ZINB) distributions.
The count data and model codes for analysis for the paper "Using zero-inflated and hurdle models to analyze schistosomiasis count data of school children in the southern areas of Ghana" are presented here. The codes are a combination of Python and R codes.
