Hard to find solutions in chat when people are chatting #132

difficult to find the solution when people are arguing in chat or there is a lot of back and forth for solution accept/reject
maybe have 2 separate chats, one for server/game related things only (except timer flip spam) and a separate chat just for chatting/communication with opponents?
