​​Kanban View can't hide properties

What happened?

I am experiencing the exact issue seen in ​#9296 and would like to reopen this. I have tried the latest version (0.19.6) as well as beta versions on Windows, Mac, and web, and cannot get this to work.
I think something other than an update caused this to start working again for the original issue submission as the bug I am experiencing is behaving identically to as described in #9296.

I'll add an extra note that the same properties that can't be hidden are also unable to be reordered in the same menu, simply reverting back to their original position as soon as drag and drop is completed.
