Is there a mobile app?

Sadly not as yet. However it is on our radar, but don't expect one anytime soon as it going to take a while to develop!

I didn't find an answer to what I was looking for ...

We're sorry you couldn't find what you were after. Please tweet us or send us a message and we'll try and help you out.

I've got a suggestion for the website

We welcome all comments, suggestions and bug reports ... they all help make the website better. After all you're the ones using the site, and you're best placed to know what's right and what's wrong!

We use uservoice to track suggestions, and you can vote on what's there. The more votes, the more chance it will be implemented, so head on over and help make toepoke better.

  • Search existing issues to ensure your suggestion isn't already raised
  • Click New Issue with a label of suggestion

If you're uncomfortable raising a suggestion on a public forum you can send us a message instead.

Meeting strangers

Your safety is naturally of paramount importance to us, and we have made the web-site as secure as we can. All your details are stored securely in our database, and your details are only shared with other players in your squad.

If you're meeting members for the first time (particularly if you've joined an public game), you are responsible for your own safety. We recommend you take some precautions, such as these simple steps:

  • Arrange to meet in a public and well lit location, the reception of the venue for instance.

  • Don't offer to give lifts, or accept a lift initially. Wait until your are comfortable in the company of the other players.

  • Don't exchange address information (home or work) until you've met the players personally (there should be no reason to swap addresses anyway, unless you're organising lifts).

  • We may share your mobile number with other players in the squad (in case the match is cancelled late in the day).

  • Again wait until you're comfortable with the other squad players before sharing your mobile number on the website.

  • Inform a family member, friend or work colleague of who you're intending to have a match with, where the game is to be played, and when.

Finally if you have any doubts, politely make your excuses, offer to pay your share of the pitch cost, and leave.

Take care out there ❤

I can't access toepoke.co.uk!

Lots of companies use Internet Filters on their network to prevent employees from accessing websites deemed inappropriate.

If you can't access the site from work, you can still e-mail your manager asking them to add your registration. You'll still have to sign up to the site first (somewhere other than your workplace), but once that's done you'll be fine. Alternatively, ask your manager to set your up as a floater.

If you're the manager of a squad and you can't access the site from work you'll have to do the management activities from home, or from your mobile phone ... alternatively if you're feeling brave ask your IT department if they're willing to let you use the site.

I play several times a week ... Can toepoke handle that?

Not a problem at all. toepoke was specifically designed to support multiple games (Tuesday's and Thursday's for example). You can even have 2 games on the same day, on the same at the same time if you want!*

Hats off to your commitment by the way! As much as toepoke would love to play 3 or 4 times a week, sadly it takes us 6 days to recover between matches! 😉

  • Granted you can't physically play two matches at once 😂
