I don't want a process to be alerted again when I've authorized the parent process...

Yes, the inheritance rules allows to propagate the rules to child processes.

Yes, you can use the inheritance rules for child processes.

But there are several program entries on your screenshot. Make sure to use correct one and remove unneeded ones.
