Issue with UT99 Query

When installing and using LGSL V7, we cannot query UT99 game servers properly, i asked chatgpt to write me something simple in php where i could run in the terminal and i did receive a JSON response back with server information, although LGSL 7 and 6 will not return the desired information, all ports verified open, as i did my php test remotely.

For easier checking of the servers, maybe this can be used as it's one of the masterservers for unreal tournament 99, this could help with some of the old gamespy queries

I tried one of UT99 server but everything seems fine

Weird as we are unable to query this.
