First of all: thanks a lot for this guide. It really helped me getting my system working! I do have a question: I am trying to add the Bios boot entry so that I don't need the USB drive to boot. When I add the entry and leave the USB drive in, it works. However when I remove the USB drive I get the old error again saying something like: Insert bootable drive.
Any idea why that might happen? Thanks!

Thanks, got it working. However I am stuck now again at the boot with the OsxAptioFix2Drv error. I replaced the OsxAptioFix2Drv.efi file with the OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi file found here: https://nickwoodhams.com/x99-hackintosh-osxaptiofixdrv-allocaterelocblock-error-update/. But it still breaks on boot. Did you have to do this in your install as well?
