Explicitly include cstdint for gcc13.

Notes for reviewers
Compiling with gcc13 does not result in an error, but given that changes in gcc13 have changed the header dependencies of the C++ standard library, this behaviour may change in future versions, so cstdint was added explicitly on this occasion.
