Very high ram usage on Windows 10 #334

Environment

OS/Distribution: Windows 10
Hardware: Laptop with Intel HD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
Chiaki 1.3.0

Describe the bug
After connecting to PS4, Chiaki is taking all available ram on my laptop.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open app
Connect to console

Expected behavior
Chiaki should not use all available ram.

Additional context
I can't test if this problem is present in lower versions of Chiaki, because I have upgraded my PS4 to version 8.0.
