Hello scVelo,
Could you please explain a little more about the starting_cell parameter in scv.utils.get_cell_transitions()?
The documents say that starting_cell:
int
(default:0
) is Index (int
) or name (`obs_names) of starting cell.Does is it mean that I can trace one single cell by entering its index number in adata.obs? For example, the 1st cell is AAACCTGAGAGGGATA and I want to trace it, then the starting_cell=1?
Thanks!
best,
YJ
