Hello, I would like to use scvelo to make basic comparisons between 2 conditions diseased and control. For example, I want to compare the splicing rate between the 2 conditions in each cell type. I want to plot the splicing rate of a specific gene in all cell types. I want to also plot top 10 differentially spliced genes in each cell type between the 2 conditions. Does scvelo does that? is there a tutorial somewhere. i attached some screenhots.
