littlechef-rackspace should use same ssh-config as littlechef #40

Currently littlechef-rackspace defaults to ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub versus the ssh-config specified by the littlechef config file. This means I have to pass my ssh config keys explicitly when executing fix-rackspace

Could you explain this a little better, or perhaps submit a patch?
