Back Up There, Bone Data

Enough progression has been made that I feel confident in making this a
miniature release. This is still on Milestone 3 but the following
additions have been made, much of which will be foundations for the
longevity of the project and the next systems I'll be tackling:

* Backup and mirroring to alternative locations through means more
  secure than passwords in case GitHub shuts this repository down

* Converted much of the Documentation into a more permanent state (still
  will need to finalize them at a later date and am leaving them live
  and maluable; they are not 100% set in stone and can always be proven
  wrong or false)

* BRS-Dig-for-Bones.bms - a messy but mostly functional documentation
  and parsing script that will eventually lead into a proper model
  extraction and conversion script; it's getting too unwieldy to not
  version control it but is at a good showcasing point

* Bone Generation Patterns and the ways they packed in the data for such
  are super fascinating to me and most likely can be used and applied
  for other systems
