Deploying thanos on Baremetal RHEL, MiniO and 2 prometheus servers

Working on a project with #thanos on baremetal RHEL that should work with MinIO as the object storage and 2 baremetal #prometheus servers reporting to the thanos through sidecar. Everything is setup and working and data is being uploaded to minio through thanos store. But i cannot query the data that is in the object store and neither can i query 600GB of data through the store when i upload it from prometheus using the mc command since it was before i started labeling the prometheus data. If there is anyone that wants to work with me on this project i think it would be an interesting one. I can share my progress and what i have tested and done.
