Describe the bug
If the dataset annotation is started with the OperationQueue's maxConcurrentOperationCountparameter larger than one, the process only seems to load the first images and then stop working (nothing happens later). See the attached screenshots where it can be clearly observed, that the app actually does not do anything after the loading of some videos into the memory.
