You may exercise the rights granted under these licenses if, and only if, you comply fully with all terms outlined in the NON-COMPETE LICENSE AGREEMENT. If you breach any terms within the NON-COMPETE LICENSE AGREEMENT, all licenses to use, modify, distribute, or sublicense this software are immediately revoked.
