Using TPOT Logs and ELK offline

Hi everyone!
I set up a tpot instance in the cloud and let it run for a few months. I'm a researcher and I was wondering if there is any way I can copy the files (filesystem of my vm) and put it in a local server to exploit the logs using the dashboards. I don't want to capture any new log I just want to be able to exploit the logs and dashboards offline without having to pay for my vps and instead using it on my local server. Is it possible ? Has someone done it already ? I tried looking but didn't find anyone else with the same goal.. Thank you very much in advance for your answer
