同じアカウントで同じブラウザでブレスト画面を複数タブで開いたときの挙動。 #38

タブを開くたびにセッションが追加される。
その結果、同じアカウントでチャット名が違う場合があり、
部屋内の人数もセッションの数を数えているため、部屋内のアカウント数ではなくなる。
