This PR addresses issue #15 by adding type hints throughout the linref codebase.
Type annotations have been implemented across all relevant files to improve code readability, facilitate static analysis, and assist new contributors in understanding the package structure.
Since this is my first time contributing to this project, any comments and suggestions are welcome!
