We now show confirmation dialog before deleting rants or comments

Release info and update notifications for macOS and Linux

The app will now show release notes before updating. macOS and Linux users should also receive updates.

Single instance and macOS startup fix

We now only allow one instance of the app. Also, in macOS, there will be no terminal opening during startup for launching devRantron.
